3. Billing, Payment & Fulfillment Verification

• Non-Physical Service Fulfillment (No Tracking Number): Because our offerings consist of customized, scheduled on-site styling and consultation services, no physical goods are dispatched, and no physical shipping or delivery tracking numbers are generated or required.
• Proof of Service: Fulfillment is evidenced by digital booking confirmations, email records, scheduling correspondence, and signed service completion acknowledgments provided on-site.

4. Right of Withdrawal & European Union Consumer Disclosure

In accordance with European Union consumer contract regulations governing customized services and digital booking confirmations:

• Waiving Right of Withdrawal: By completing a booking transaction on www.bridalucent.com and requesting immediate scheduling or provision of customized service arrangements, you explicitly agree that once digital fulfillment, confirmation, or service provision has commenced, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (right of cancellation).

6. Dispute Resolution & Anti-Chargeback Policy

• Direct Resolution: In the event of any inquiry or dissatisfaction regarding service scheduling or delivery, Clients agree to contact bridalucent directly at bridal@bridalucent.com to seek an administrative resolution prior to initiating any formal financial proceedings.
• Chargeback Prevention: Unwarranted chargeback requests or fraudulent payment disputes initiated without prior written communication will be contested with complete transaction documentation, including IP logs, written correspondence, digital confirmation records, and service fulfillment evidence.
