2. Booking Process & Transactions

How does the booking process work?

Our customized styling services follow a straightforward four-step workflow:

  2. Consultation & Specification: Our operational team reviews your requirements and aligns on scheduling details and service scope.
  3. Deposit Payment & Date Reservation: Pay an agreed deposit retainer to secure your exclusive booking date and time window.
  4. On-Site Service & Final Balance: Our team delivers the agreed styling service on location on your event day. The remaining final balance is settled upon service completion.

Are payments recurring or one-time sales?

All charges on www.bridalucent.com—including deposit retainers and final balance payments—are one-time sales. We do not operate subscription plans, automatic renewals, or hidden recurring billing.

3. Delivery & Order Verification

Will I receive a physical shipping or tracking number?

No. Because our offerings consist of customized, on-site event styling and consultation services, no physical goods are dispatched. Consequently, no physical shipping labels or postal tracking numbers are generated or provided.

How is my service delivery verified?

Service delivery is documented and verified through:

4. Cancellations, Deposits & Right of Withdrawal

Are deposits refundable?

No. Upon payment, your deposit (retainer) immediately secures exclusive artist availability and initiates custom pre-event scheduling. As these resources are reserved exclusively for your event, deposit payments are strictly non-refundable.

What is the statutory policy on cancellations (EU Consumer Law)?

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations governing customized, date-specific service contracts:
Once digital fulfillment, consultation, or booking confirmation has commenced, the user expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal (right of cancellation).

Custom-quoted styling schedules and specific date reservations are custom-rendered to individual specifications and are exempt from standard statutory distance-selling cooling-off periods once execution or digital booking confirmation begins.

How do I request a cancellation or schedule adjustment?
